Gina Matheis has spent her entire career in the tourism sector, with a particular focus on the hotel industry, especially over the last decade. She says she discovered the importance of customer service, one of the hallmarks of the company she manages, during her time as a tour guide. Through her Zaphiro Tours franchise, she has deepened her understanding of the complex and constantly evolving tourism sector.
However, it was as a hotel manager that she truly understood that there were more efficient ways to boost direct sales, and she identified the need that led her to found Paraty Tech, along with her brother Franz Matheis, in 2012, focused on new technologies applied to the tourism and hospitality sectors. Currently, Gina is CEO of Paraty Tech and the main creative force behind the Paratyworld group , which also includes the companies Data Seekers and Ring2Travel.

Daniel Sánchez has held various positions of responsibility, including revenue manager, duty manager, and marketing manager in several countries, in hotel chains and independent hotels, both resort and urban. He currently helps all of Paraty Tech's clients increase their revenue as the company's Chief Revenue Officer .

Miguel Hita , after years of specializing in strategic growth and business relationships, currently holds the position of VP of Sales at Paraty Tech, helping to position Paraty Tech as a leader in technological solutions.

Cindy Johansson has over 15 years of experience in the travel industry, spanning both sides of the aisle. She has worked at inbound and OTAs, such as Expedia. She currently leads the revival of Price Seeker, the rate shopper that has transformed into a comprehensive price intelligence platform, as Product & Sales Manager .

Rafe Marshall has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career in the reservations sector and has since held various roles, including Director of Performance, Director of Recruiting, and Director of Contracts in the wholesale sector. Rafe is currently leading Paraty Tech's expansion into the North American market.

Diana Costa , with over ten years of experience in the sector, has held various positions of responsibility at Paraty Tech. She began her career as Account Manager, later assuming the role of Business Development Manager Portugal, and for over five years has served as Country Manager Portugal .

Currently serving as Business Development Manager for Portugal at Paraty Tech, she has had the opportunity to see the business from a hotel perspective, working in the commercial department of several luxury hotels. Thanks to this experience, she has a deep understanding of our clients' needs and is happy to help them improve their results.
