Quinta, a new data source for Paraty Tech’s Leads Panel

Thanks to the new integration with Quinta (Quintessence of Data), our Leads Dashboard will now also capture users’ interactions with Velma, its AI-powered conversational agent. Velma captures and qualifies booking leads through channels such as website chat, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
As a quick refresher, the Paraty Tech Leads Panel is the functionality that helps you turn booking intent into actual reservations. It identifies demand that slips away from your booking engine, organizes it, and prioritizes it so you can take action to recover it. It also gives you access to Ring2Travel’s outbound campaign service, so our agents can become your best allies in that recovery process.
Until now, the Leads Dashboard has been powered by first-party sources (loyalty programs, booking engine, BI, Rescue Seeker, Call Seeker, Paraty AI Webchat, etc.). From now on, Quinta clients will benefit from another highly valuable source of leads.
What does this mean in practice? When a traveler abandons the booking process after interacting with Velma through any of its active channels, that lead is automatically transferred to the Leads Dashboard along with all the information collected during the conversation: stay dates, room preferences, language, and conversation history.
This isn’t a cold contact. It’s a qualified lead with context. The hotelier knows who the traveler is, what they were looking for, and how to approach them. The recovery conversation is no longer a cold outreach attempt. It becomes a relevant, personalized proposal.
“Travelers who have already interacted with an AI assistant and shown booking intent are among the most valuable leads a hotel can have. Receiving these leads with all the relevant context allows us to have more relevant and personalized conversations and achieve higher conversion rates,” says Antonio Granados, Operations Director at Ring2Travel.
The Leads Dashboard automatically collects data from users who have interacted with your booking engine and organizes it into a list accessible both from our CMS, Paraty Hotel Manager, and from Call Seeker, Ring2Travel’s platform.
Its logic is simple and powerful in equal measure:
Where the guest is in the booking journey is far from trivial. In fact, it is the key to the success of the Leads Dashboard. Re-engaging lost demand — and, to be clear, users at the lower end of the funnel — offers three hard-to-match advantages:
The Leads Dashboard and Quinta’s Velma integration are now immediately available to Call Seeker clients, creating a seamless bridge between lead generation and lead recovery.
The goal of this next step is simple: to give you more resources to maximize your hotel’s direct channel. Traditionally, the focus has been on what gets sold. But there’s plenty of revenue at stake in what doesn’t get sold, because a guest who came close to booking isn’t a lost opportunity. It’s a sale waiting to be recovered.

Velma joins the Leads Dashboard
What does this mean in practice? When a traveler abandons the booking process after interacting with Velma through any of its active channels, that lead is automatically transferred to the Leads Dashboard along with all the information collected during the conversation: stay dates, room preferences, language, and conversation history.

How does the Leads Dashboard work?
The Leads Dashboard automatically collects data from users who have interacted with your booking engine and organizes it into a list accessible both from our CMS, Paraty Hotel Manager, and from Call Seeker, Ring2Travel’s platform.
Its logic is simple and powerful in equal measure:
- It captures the data. Whatever information the user provides, that’s what gets captured: first and last name, email, phone number, country of origin… And if they’re a Loyalty member, that’s an added bonus.
- It filters and categorizes. A filtering system ranks leads by importance, with identifying icons and a quick view of the past week.
- It activates the outreach. The lead receives an automated email four hours later with a link to their search. From there, you can start engaging: update their status, add comments, and launch outbound campaigns.
Why does it work? Because the guest has already shown booking intent
Where the guest is in the booking journey is far from trivial. In fact, it is the key to the success of the Leads Dashboard. Re-engaging lost demand — and, to be clear, users at the lower end of the funnel — offers three hard-to-match advantages:
- It’s more effective. The customer was just one step away from booking.
- It’s more urgent. The shorter the lead time, the higher the likelihood of conversion.
- It’s more profitable. Filters allow you to prioritize higher-value or more time-sensitive bookings.
