Colombia, the market that consolidates Paraty Tech's presence in Latin America
Corporate 08/04/2026
The presence of Paraty Tech in Latin America is not new, but it is increasingly solid. Colombia, in particular, has established itself as one of our strategic markets, where we have been supporting hotels in their commitment to direct sales and digital transformation for some time.
Over these years, we have built a firm foundation that today translates into the trust of a growing number of clients in the country, including chains and independent establishments such as Hoteles Tequendama, Zuana, or Hoteles Regency Santorini. A figure that reflects our consolidation in this destination through the establishment of long-term relationships based on proximity, results, and deep knowledge of the local market.
This development has been possible thanks to a structure designed to offer close and specialized service. Leading the team are Alejandra Hernández, Head of Sales LATAM, together with Milena Castrillejo, Regional Manager LATAM, who, accompanied by a multidisciplinary team, provide direct support to our hotels in Colombia and throughout the region.
This structure is reinforced by our presence in Mexico, where we have an office made up of about twenty people from different departments who work in a coordinated manner to guarantee comprehensive, agile service aligned with the needs of each client.
Colombia stands out for being a dynamic market, with a hotel industry in full evolution and increasingly oriented toward optimizing its direct channel. In this environment, Paraty Tech provides advanced technology and strategic guidance to improve conversion, user experience, and hotel profitability.
But beyond the data, Colombia occupies a special place in the company's history. As Gina Matheis, CEO & Co-founder of Paraty Tech, points out: “Colombia is a very special market for us, not only because of its enormous potential and growth, but also because of the emotional bond that unites us to it. My mother is Colombian, and that makes our connection with the country even closer and more authentic.”
This bond reinforces our commitment to the country and to the entire LATAM region, where we continue to grow steadily, betting on local talent and a model of close and personalized support.
At Paraty Tech, we look to the future with the certainty that Colombia will continue to be a key piece in our trajectory, not as a new destination, but as an already consolidated market in which we want to continue making our mark.
