Few people know the Latin American tourism and hotel market as well as Omar, to which he had access during his time at Grupo Hotusa, where he held various positions of responsibility. His career is also closely linked to technology companies in the sector. After working for Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Fly and thinkIN, he has now joined Paraty Tech where he is the LATAM Expansion Director from our Cancun office.

Daniel Sanchez has held different positions of responsibility as revenue manager, duty manager or marketing manager in different countries, in hotel chains and independent hotels, both holiday and urban. He currently helps all of Paraty Tech's clients to increase their revenues as Chief Revenue Officer of the company.

Gina Matheis has spent her entire professional career in the tourism sector, with particular emphasis on the hotel industry, especially over the last decade. She says that she discovered the importance of customer service, one of the hallmarks of the company she runs, during her time as a tour guide. From her Zaphiro Tours franchise, she deepens her knowledge of the complex tourism sector, which is constantly evolving. However, it is as a hotel manager when she really understands that there are more efficient formulas to enhance direct sales, and detects the need that pushes her to found Paraty Tech, together with her brother Franz Matheis, in 2012, focused on new technologies applied to the tourism and hotel sectors. Currently, Gina is CEO of Paraty Tech and the main thinking mind of the Paraty World group, which is completed with the companies Data Seekers, Ring2Travel and Transfers & Experiences.

Milena is passionate about tourism and hotels, where she started and has developed most of her professional career. She has been with us for more than 4 years now, during which she has made sure to provide the best possible service to Paraty Tech's clients, helping them in their day and boosting their income. A little over a year ago, this brave woman, born in Melilla, accepted the challenge of moving to our office in Cancun where she currently serves as Key Account Manager for Mexico and Latin America.

Cindy Johansson has more than 15 years of experience in the travel industry, where she has worked on both sides of the board. She has worked for incoming agencies, such as MTS Globe or Serhtourism, and OTAs, such as Expedia, where she spent two years discovering the great potential and all the technological advances of a large multinational company. Currently, he is leading the rebirth of Price Seeker, the rate shopper that has mutated into a comprehensive price intelligence platform, as Product & Sales Manager.
