Alejandra Hernández, with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality sector, has worked hand-in-hand with hotels from both sides of the board, which allows her to have extensive knowledge of hotel management. She was a revenue manager for hotels such as Park Inn by Radisson and Hotel Continental Suites, as well as a product manager at PriceTravel and Country Manager for Erbon Colombia. Now, at Paraty Tech, with the hotelier's vision and technology on her side, she is on a mission to lead the growth in hotel sales in Colombia.

Milena Castrillejo is passionate about tourism and hotels, the industry where she began and has developed much of her professional career. She has been with us for over 4 years, during which she has ensured the best possible service for Paraty Tech clients, assisting them in their day-to-day operations and boosting their revenue. A few years ago, this brave woman, born in Melilla, accepted the challenge of moving to our Cancun office, where she currently serves as Regional Manager for Mexico and Latin America.

Miguel Hita, after years of holding specialized roles in strategic growth and commercial relations, currently holds the position of VP of Sales at Paraty Tech, contributing to positioning Paraty Tech as a benchmark in technological solutions.

Cristián Páez has extensive experience in the industry, as well as in the field of distribution. He currently holds the position of Business Development Manager at Paraty Tech, and after a long journey through Spain, he is crossing the pond to help hotels in Mexico and Colombia increase their direct bookings.

Oscar González, after developing his career in commercial growth and business development, is currently Business Development Manager at Paraty Tech, where he drives expansion in Mexico, developing the market and working with hotels to strengthen their direct channel and optimize their revenue strategy.
