Gina Matheis has spent her entire professional career in the tourism sector, with particular emphasis on the hotel industry, especially over the last decade. She says that she discovered the importance of customer service, one of the hallmarks of the company she runs, during her time as a tour guide. From her Zaphiro Tours franchise, she deepens her knowledge of the complex tourism sector, which is constantly evolving. However, it is as a hotel manager when she really understands that there are more efficient formulas to enhance direct sales, and detects the need that pushes her to found Paraty Tech, together with her brother Franz Matheis, in 2012, focused on new technologies applied to the tourism and hotel sectors. Currently, Gina is CEO of Paraty Tech and the main thinking mind of the Paraty World group, which is completed with the companies Data Seekers, Ring2Travel and Transfers & Experiences.

Guillermo Ristol is Senior Business Development Manager at Paraty Tech. Throughout his professional career he has worked in various technology companies linked to the hotel sector. It will be available to meet during the next Congress of Spanish Hoteliers in Palma de Mallorca.

Josep Miquel Moranta is Senior Business Development at Paraty Tech, with an outstanding career in technology and hospitality. His specialty lies in Innovation and digital transformation. He will represent Paraty Tech at the next Congress of Spanish Hoteliers in Palma de Mallorca.

Daniel Romero, a graduate in advertising and public relations from the University of Malaga, comes professionally from the world of advertising, where he has worked as art director in various agencies and, subsequently, as creative director and co-founder of his own agency between 2006 and 2012. He has spent a decade at Paraty Tech serving the hotel sector, first as creative director & head of branding for the company and, as of 2019, as director of communication & branding for the Paraty World group.
